Yes. These people are just concerned about their egos not the plight of poor producers and theatre owners. What happened to the meeting in the evening with film chamber? Is that cancelled?

Eventually some one have to give up some thing... abt 15 + films will be ready for release by January including xmas films.. now days satellite rights only sold after release. .pre release Valiya market ippo illa..especially with non currency transaction required.. big pressure on producers

Njan udheshichathu. Dangal Kerala collection will not make much difference to the producers because Hindi film collection is minimum in Kerala. Kochi multies aanu maximum collect cheythittundakuka.

But for exhibitors if they remove Dangal also then they will get into trouble. As it is they are surviving with the help of Dangal. Avarkku pidichu nilkkande.

So there are chances that this strike may not prolong. How long can everyone survive like this? Kurachu nethakkanmarude ego aano important?

But there is another meeting with film chamber today evening with exhibitors producers and distributors. So is that called off? Also there will be exhibitors general body meeting tommorow?

I think it's just a tactic by producers.. they would like to release it asap

vacation was the best time for movies, now it's going to get over and all are persistent ,so until the problem gets a permanent solution I don't think it will get over, which is a good sign because now a days Malayalam movies are doing phenomenal business: so if they go for a temporary solution then in future these tenacious people will come up with something or the other which is not good for the industry. Even I wanted them to release the movies ASAP, but let us wait until they come up with something irrevocable

I too agree with you. Anyway the vacation has been spoiled by federation. So if it is once for all for a good cause then why not they find a permanent solution.

Though as a viewer Iam waiting to watch Jomon and Ezra.

Liberty should not go on calling for a strike every now and then. And I like Siyad Koker's requirement that they should give a free run for all the X mas films. Otherwise again it will be Bhairava, S3 and X, Y Z.

Finally good decision by producers now exibitors have to Finish this Strike anyhow otherwise they will miss there Main Tamil and Hindi films they where planning to rls by halting malayalam movies, even if the Strike in kerala continues bhairava will rls in all multis in kerala as they are not striking and also most multies take movie directly from Original national distributor unlike Single screens,so Single screens cannot wait more than Jan 12 bcz unlike malayalam films bhairava will rls for Sure in multies and Probably ksfdc theaters who are also not in strike if that happens exhibitors may Split regarding the Strike so they will Probably avoid that scenario, regarding dangal it will only be removed from Single screen IT will continue in multis...

So you mean what I meant itself? Bhairava cannot release until they give free run to Xmas releases. So they need to end the strike soon. Good pressure tactics. Also now when exhibitors are ready will producers and distributors compromise?. Now they are adamant.
