Anyway regarding Liberty Basheer, this time producers too are strong. So mikkavarum ayalude pathi thazhan ella chancum undu. What if one Xmas is gone if it becomes a turning point in Malayalam film industry?

I want this to be the last unreasonable strike by Liberty Basheer.

This time if they are not resolving this issue now & delaying to next week, big tamil movies are going to affect with theater shortage...once this issue gets solved, the pending number of malayalam releases increases for release , even if one or two get hitwhich will affect availability of bhairava & s3 theaters.
If producers are loosing to exhibitors, it is going to loose for life time for them, so any decision they must take it looking on future as the first week share is game deciding for many producers profits..nothing to loose for exhibitors, but distributors are going to loose for any compromise (it is not for xmas film distributors, it is even for any future films even if wide release comes at a later stage).

Producers should not loose to exhibitors now. They should release in B centres, multiplexes and all theatres which accept their terms.

Affordability is an important factor. Even if Kerala is a well off states within the state itself there are rich and backward districts.

If they can start affordable theatres then fine. But these things will take time. Athinu mumbu thanne nammude industrye rakshikkan solution venam. Else by then this liberty would have killed our industry.
