Exactly....They don't even allow to show Malayalam movies even in border cities like Nagercoil . Same in Karnataka too. Andhra has strict guidelines non-telugu movies especially during holiday season. They all promote their local language. We work so hard to kill our own movies and industry.

Bangalore and Karnataka are much better in that angle. Even small towns like Siddapura (Kodagu) is releasing Malayalam movies nowadays. Border towns in Tamil Nadu hardly release any Malayalam movies.
