good review man...thanksPathemari | Review | By Rajiv Nedungadi
Theatre: BIG Cinemas, Ghatkopar, Mumbai
Show Time: 8:10 PM
Date: 11th Oct 2015
Status: 50% (due to problem with Big Cinemas or BMS online booking site)
For the first time in the past few years, I had to go to the theater and book a ticket rather than booking it online because Big Cinemas and BookMyShow were showing some connectivity issue when I tried to book the ticket online, due to some server error. I even felt that the show might have been cancelled but took a chance and went to the theater. I was lucky as the show was not cancelled and there were still tickets available. For people who dint take a chance today, have missed an opportunity to watch this movie.
After reading all the positive reviews, I decided to go out and watch the movie today because it might not be available next week, here in Mumbai.
The movie is less than 2 hours but every minute of it is worth it. This is a story or life of a majority of people who leave Kerala for a better life for their family and it has been shown brilliantly. Mammootty, Sreenivasan and Siddhique were brilliant. The direction part was handled very well especially the scene in the ship or boat.
Some scenes and dialogues would get into your heart, especially the climax part. If you are a malayalee and have seen this movie and if it still did not touch your heart, then its high alert and you need to talk to a cardiologist because you don't have a "heart"
Mammootty deserves a National Award for his performance in this film as he has done ever better than Varsham.
Overall this is an excellent film and you should not miss this one. Please do watch it if you get a chance.

Movie Rating: 5.0/5.0
