had gotten loose on busy Doha road
had been a part of a Malayalam
movie crew.
The big cat was on his way to be
part of V K Prakash’s
‘Marubhumiyile Aana’ (Elephant of
the Desert) being shot in Qatar.
Film star Biju Menon had to shoot a
sequence in which he would make a
grand-entrance with the chained
tiger. However, things didn’t go
according to the script.
The tiger got loose and terrified
passengers on the road. The video
later went viral.
The tiger was later captured by its
handlers.
Malayala Manorama reported that
the handlers of the tiger had to pay
a hefty fine for their carelessness.
