Went with not much expectation after hearing different reviews. Went with average expectation since most of the reviews mentioned average. The makers kept on saying it is a realistic movie of a ride with a police officer. Makers had done justice to a large extent with the tag line and also their talks about movie being realistic.


Movie as a whole is the official life of a police officer with not so much attention to his personal life. As for any police our SI Biju also faces different variety of issues which gets reported in his Police Station and his attempt to resolve those issues forms the crux of the movie. It is a journey of a police officer with different cases he handles being a chapter in that journey. Among these cases the chapter of Suraj is probably the best and stands out from the rest due to its content and performance from Suraj.


The problem I felt with the movie is that it is not completely realistic and at the same time not Mass. The film when boasts of being realistic, has given lot of heroism to the character Biju. Nivin has to some extent succeeded in doing justice to the role in most parts except in the scenarios where he turns tough. His dubbing has to improve a lot with handling the rough and tough scenes. He has handled it in Premam but that did not need the intensity of a toughness which a police role like Biju demands. That is one of the drawback which pulls down the movie in many places.


Also several episodes that happen during the police journey did not make the intended impact. Suraj episode was the only episode which touched the viewers. Most of the other episodes went without making much impact with the viewers.

Summary - An average ride with police officer which has all the Masala we expect from a Police movie presented in the so called realistic manner.
