Team Rules:
There will be 5 fantasy teams.
Each team will have a base amount of INR. 10,000.
The base amount MUST be transferred to one specified account (4ever) before the auction. Teams failing to do so WILL NOT be allowed to participate in the auction.
Teams MUST clear pending dues from last IPL and EURO CUP before auction.
Teams should have one Owner, Two managers, one score-keeper and 2 team representatives.
Only these 6 officials can participate in the auction.
Each team should have a minimum of 10 FK members.
Each team is responsible for tracking, updating and publishing their team scores and balance.
Auction:
Each team will get 2 million INR fantasy money as auction purse.
The auction will be completed in phases. Initial list will have 126 players from 8 teams and an extended list of remaining players will be used as reserve.
No player from last year's auction can be retained.
Players will be classified as Marquee, A & B categories with base price of 50K, 10K & 5K respectively. There will be 8 Marquee players (4 Indians and 4 foreign).
In players’ auction, each fantasy team should buy minimum of 20 and maximum of 25 players.
Teams cannot buy more than 10 foreign players.
Teams should ensure they will be having minimum 6 Batsmen, 1 Wicket keeper, 4 Bowlers, 1 All-rounder, 2 uncapped (Indian) players to qualify for the fantasy league.
Each IPL team can have 2 Icon players, one Indian and one foreign.
Auction steps:
1. Marquee (50K) players --> In steps of 25K.
2. 10K players --> In steps of 10K until 2L.
3. 5K players --> In steps of 5K until 50K.
4. 5K players --> In steps of 10K from 50K until 2L.
5. All players --> In steps of 25K from 2L.
Auction rules:
1. Auction will start in alphabetical order in set 1 and will move clockwise in successive sets. (A-L-M-P-T).
2. Teams cannot bid for a player once skipped during that set.
3. Skipped players will appear for auction after the initial 18 sets, as a single set with doubled base price.
4. A maximum of 5 minutes will be allowed for each team to make a bid.
5. Any team can bid a higher price for a player, than the normal steps at any point of time, matching the multiples.
6. In all bids, teams should mention all 7 players, skipped or in progress, to avoid any confusion.
7. Team should not edit the bid made. In case of corrections, they should inform the auctioneer and make a corrected bid quoting original bid.
8. In case of multiple bids from same team, first bid will be considered.
Re-auction rules: 1. All players skipped from the first 18 sets will enter a single re-auction round immediately after set 18.
2. The base price of all players will be doubled, so there will not be 5K players.
3. All players will follow 10K auction increment (2L rule also apply).
4. No re-auction for players in reserve sets.
5. This set is counted as Set 19 and auction order will be continuing from previous set.
Prizes:
Fantasy Premier league winners will get prize money as follows:
Winner : Rs. 25,000
Runners-up : 12,500
Third place : 7,500
Fourth place: 5,000
Fifth place : 0
