I didn't understand the reason then for Txixi Begiristain's expression when the draw was made for City. But I see now. He perhaps feared our European legacy.
What a tie it was though, City threw everything at us in that first half yesterday and should have had their second goal. But no one can deny how organized we were in defense and how deadly we were in front of goal. It was a fitting for CL tie and no doubt we beat a more complete and superior team than us and it wouldn't have been possible without Klopp.

If we were 2-0 up at break, we should have beaten them 6-5 on aggregate OR if that goal was not disallowed and Pep not sent to stands the score could have been 4-0 at final whistles...
