I recently watched movies like Oruthee, 21 grams and Night drive. Much much better than the hyped non-Malayalam movies. However these movies didn't get good theaters and audience hardly went to the theater to watch these movies. Whereas the super violent unrealistic other language movies are getting good support from the audience.

Jo and jo and super sharanya were successful in theatres. They didn't have stars. The problem with the movies you mentioned is the lack of proper promotion.
