Not worried about results or rotation policy, if you look at games they are playing well in terms of chances created, but the opposition teams score against city with single shot on goal but city players doesn't shoot inside the box in a given chance they are looking for the perfect opportunity, players like Kane/Salah are clinical in that aspect.. players seem to be low in confidence, even taking spot kicks are creating too much pressure for city players..

There were signs of 'enough' after league was secured (when league resumed in June). Klopp was going with almost same 11 previous 2 seasons.
