Basically a story surrounding a university and the malpractices going on within is shown in this powerful movie. The whole movie is against the backdrop of a university in Bengaluru and about a murder which shocks the whole university. If I say further it will be a spoiler. Overall it is a political thriller about how people do anything for the sake of power.

Prithviraj except for one scene is not seen much in first half but he makes a royal entry in second half. And I dont have say much about the talented actor Suraj. As usual he nailed it with his performance.

Others in the cast Mamta, Shari , Dhruvan etc have done their parts well.

Positives:- Superb performances, Not a single lag moment, powerful dialogues, screenplay, BGM. Cant believe that he is the same director of queen. He has improved a lot to reach next level

Negatives:- There are many scenes which are shown again and again . This could have been avoided. I cannot find any other negatives. Yes but sad that Prithviraj did not make this a pan indian release. If so a big section of our population would have identified with this. Iam sure if he had released this it would have clicked as a pan indian movie because there is not a single scene where there is local flavour .


N.B:- Far far far better than overacted KGF seriess. Itra nalla content namukku undayittu nammude malayalikal nammude film industrye patti kuttam paranjukonde irikkum or KGFinte peril.As I already said this should have been a pan indian release either dubbed or with subtitles


Waiting for Part 2: I feel it will be a prequel about Prithvis life which has not been discussed much in this part.

Bro All I know is you love Mollywood than any one in this forum . But KGF is something very special . I know many will get inspired by this and comeback with age old Bomb stories without any traces of aesthetics and fetch it like you people accepted KGF so destined to accept all following craps.

Bro its a fact that i love mollywood and want the industry to grow. Iam not against other language films But still i say KGF is overrated. I enjoyed RRR much more than KGF. Though it had zero logic it had good entertainment value and SSR factor like in baahubali.
Regarding KGF i have seen much more superior gangster films in the past.

I agree. KGF is essentially just a very mediocre plot with a shitty script and screenplay directed by Prashanth Neel who’s super influenced by Zack Snyder and the Mad Max series. The KGF movies are just style over substance entirely. That’s the truth. However, people love to see style over substance in India and that’s just a fact we got to live with. Atleast Malayalees demand substance more than style and that’s why we are the only industry in the country that keeps bringing out quality content and scripts compared to the rest of India that’s something to be proud about.
