PVR Housefull

The basic plot is about how SI Anand(Tovino) solves two murder mystery cases back in 80's and 90's based in villages in South Kerala. In spite of huge pressure from the influential section his senior(Siddique) entrusts him and two or three others with this mission. Basically its two stories in one movie. Positives:- Tovinos performance, Art directors brilliance in creating a whole new era of 80's and 90's which had no cellphones and communication was through inland letters and other modes of post and where men and women in the villages mostly clad in lungi or pavada or half saree, Ambassador car, 1994 calender which had actress Sukanyas who was the popular actress then. Supporting actors have performed well....

Negatives:- Those who expect a cinematic fast thriller will be disappointed. This is a slow but engaging movie.

Box office prospects:- Had every chance of being a superhit but due to poor planning chances that it will end up as an average grosser. specially when it is released alongside a youthful entertainer.
