    Default Abraham Ozler - Thoughts.

If you anticipate another Anjaam Pathira, you might be disappointed. Abraham Ozler unfolds as a slow and brooding crime drama, offering a fair share of dramatic highs, thrills, and rewarding moments. The highlight undoubtedly lies in witnessing Jayaram in an author-backed role, a rare occurrence after years, where he showcases finesse and experience, delivering a remarkable performance. Mammootty's extended cameo makes a notable impact, although it doesn't reach exceptional heights. Nevertheless, his presence significantly enhances the film.

The writing, while competent, adheres closely to the conventions of a formulaic whodunnit, which stands out as its major drawback. The twists and turns, while present, tend to lean towards the ordinary side. Despite its flaws, Abraham Ozler proves to be an engaging film, marking a great return for its leading man, Jayaram.

Fair enough. But the comparison is inevitable, right?
Same director coming up with another whodunnit/thriller. Also, it was just a cautionary statement repeating the fact that, Ozler is not like AP.
