The NRI, an avid reader of sify.com confessed that he read so much about Dasavatharam in the site. His big dream was to make a film with Kamal Hassan, which was hard to realize. So the next best thing was to distribute Kamal’s magnum opus in his home state of Kerala.
Dasavatharam is now almost confirmed for release on Friday, April 18. The NRI who has purchased the Kerala rights has roped in Lal Creations to distribute the film. Lal creations are the leading Malayalam distributors and producers, and are owned by character artist cum villain in Tamil and Telugu films Lal.
Lal creations have already started making the bookings for Dasavatharam, as there is acute shortage of theatres in Kerala since it will be Vishu time in the state and Mohanlal, Mammootty, Dileep films are also due for release.
