Yeh Film Hai Filmi: It has all the cliches that Bollywood has seen over the years. Flirtatious boy with friends, dedicated girl all alone. Chance meet-up. Unknown location. Both getting to spend time alone while being in a crowd. Time span. Dreams. Break-up. Reunion. Self-realisations. Wedding. Happy Ending. It was a cakewalk role for Ranbir who had attempted somewhat the same even in his second movie. Deepika was the best of this movie. She performed well and looked really beautiful in those specs. Aditya and Kalki comes up in places where they either need to have fun with the lead pair or need to make them see beyond the obvious. Colorful but lengthy with lots of songs. Even the dialogues were stale. The whole film is just Bolly romance filmi with umpteen cliches that it is really simple to guess what comes next, only have to see where they set it and what are the costumes. Overall, not much impressed. Atleast not from Ayan, who made a splendid debut with 'WUSid' and had a great cast and producer for this one.
