The Man Who Never Stops To Amaze Me - MAMMOOTTY !!!
Photographer ready, bride required for Sallu
Marriage preparations usually begin after the couple is fixed and the families have agreed. But in the case of actor Salman Khan, it’s different! People are eager to be wedding photographers for his marriage even before the actor finalizes his bride.
Salman, though 46, is still one of the most desired bachelors in India. But Salman Khan is blissfully bindaas about his single status and apparently is in no rush to have a few strong and sturdy kids of his own. But, that doesn’t mean his well-wishers and fans don’t press him to get hitched.
Newcomer Pulkit Samrat, who will be making his Bollywood debut in the movie Bittoo Boss, has offered to be the photographer at Salman Khan’s wedding. In the movie as well he plays a wedding photographer and has been trained well for his part.
Recently, when Salman Khan came out to support Pulkit and his film, the two were seen bonding well. And now, Pulkit has expressed his burning desire to photograph Salman’s wedding.
But the big question is: Where is the bride? We’re sure Salman’s fans would agree that this one COMMITTMENT Salman ought to make very soon.
Want to buy Salman Khan's car?
Salman Khan is known for luxurious lifestyle and his love for machines, especially cars. The actor, who apparently owns quite a fleet there, which includes- four BMWs, a Lexus, a Mercedes-Benz, and an Audi A8 is set to bid goodbye to one of his most loved cars- a Toyota Land Cruiser.
According to reports, Salman has moved an application before the metropolitan magistrate’s court in or der to seek permission to sell his beloved Toyota Land Cruiser. Incidentally, the car in question is the same that crashed into a Bandra pavement in September 2002, leaving one pavement dweller dead, while injuring four others. Post the incident, the magistrate had framed serious charges against Khan. The actor had however, claimed that it was just an accident, with no intention to kill anyone.
Buzz has it that the actor wants to get rid of the car since it's getting old and also, he doesn't want to keep the memories of the bitter accident that left him in a legal tussle.
Now, since the car is not required for the trial, the actor is wanting to sell it at the earliest and hence the application.
Well, with Salman wanting to sell this beauty at any cost, guess it's time for all you car-lovers to bid for this machine owned by your favourite star!
Salman to star with Jackie Chan in 400 crore epic
On paper, this looks to be the movie that will break all Indian Box-Office records ever set. And Yes, you read the headline right. Director Aascar Ravichandran has reportedly approached Salman Khan, Jackie Chan and Kamal Haasan to star in a multi-lingual epic. And if everything goes according to plan, be sure to be blown away by what you see on screen because Aascar is known for his larger-than-life ventures, and with such a star-cast to boast of, we can expect this movie to break many an international records as well.
It should be put to light that when action heavyweight Jackie Chan was shooting in India in 2004 for his movie ‘The Myth’, he had expressed a desire to star in a Bollywood film. And speculations have been rife since then. But now, it seems that the myth might just take form with such reports coming in. Aascar Ravichandran has reportedly admitted that he has been discussing this project with Chan for a long time now, and Yes, the talks are on with Salman Khan as well.
He further disclosed that the movie might be a sequel to Chan’s super-successful ‘Armour of God’ but with a different setup. Kamal Haasan, though, is not yet finalised. We have our fingers, and everything else, crossed for this to capitalise.
Katrina ousts Kareena to bag Prakash Jha's next
Catfights in Bollywod are not new and actresses often play a dirty game to grab a role. But, this time around filmmaker Prakash Jha has preferred Katrina over Kareena fir his next venture. Buzz is that Katrina has been roped in by the filmmaker for his next, tentatively titled 'Satyagrah'.
If sources are to be believed, then both Katrina and Kareena were being considered for the lead role but later Kat bagged it finally. Buzz is that since Katrina has already worked with Prakash earlier in ‘Rajneeti’, so the filmmaker preferred Kat over Kareena.
Apparently, Kat will team up with Khiladi Kumar once again for the film which is based on the subject of anti-corruption. According to the sources, Kat will be seen once again in a de-glamourised look avatar in the film.
Reportedly, dhak-dhak girl Madhuri Dixit who earlier worked with Jha in 'Mrityudand' is also said to be part of the cast.
Bhatt, of course
Forthright and endowed with the gift of gab, Mahesh Bhatt has been a trend-setting filmmaker of Bollywood, making news with topics that had been untouched, until then. Being the producer of Blood Money, which is set to hit theatres on March 30, Mahesh came to Chandigarh on Sunday and cleared the
air surrounding his latest project, while announcing upcoming films to watch out for.
Beginning by defending his film, which many say is an inspiration of Hollywood film Blood Diamond, Mahesh said, "The film has nothing to do with any Hollywood movie. The storyline and the treatment of my film are completely different and in every sense Indian in appearance." Directed by Vishal Mahadkar, the movie stars Kunal Khemu and Amrita Puri, who was also seen in Aisha.
Continuing his debate on the film, the 63-year-old said he'd rather liken it to his 2005 production, Kalyug, a film based on the porn industry. "Kalyug had a young boy fighting against the porn industry and Blood Money narrates the story of a young boy locking horns with the diamond mafia," the producer-director pointed out and shared he had even contemplated naming it Kalyug-2.
About the film, Mahesh promises, "This movie is engaging, has a fast pace and it's own story. Packaged with good music, it reflects the story of youngsters who don't realise that the jobs that they run after abroad, may put them in danger."
Meanwhile, Mahesh's next film, Jism 2, has already bagged enough news space to put it under the spotlight till its time for the film's promotions. Starring Indian-Canadian porn star and ex-Bigg Boss contestant Sunny Leone and Haryana lad Randeep Hooda, it will be directed by Mahesh's daughter, Pooja Bhatt.
Informing about the film's shoot commencing from April 1 in Jaipur, Mahesh also revealed that the story will be far more engaging, though he refuses to divulge any more about it.
About there being ample steamy scenes, especially with Sunny Leone having been roped in, Mahesh said nonchalantly, "Erotic thriller is an important genre that I have been exploring for quite some time now."
He added, on a note of casual dismissal about sex selling in films, "Sex is an important component in every industry now. Look at the promotion of any product; it is incomplete without a beautiful face. Filmmakers are no different."
