I think messi is an extraordinary player but he is not getting the right combination when he plays for argentina, at barca he had earlier eto , henry & midefiled support from xavi & iniesta
1. I think higuain-messi-aguero should play up front if some body from them fail should utilise either palermo or teves from the bench

The fact is that when argentina combine well as a team their football looks like the beautiful football ever played!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The problem with Messi is he's not a playmaker like Maradona ,Riqulme etc...
He's a finsisher of the moves at the end of the opponent's area...

What Argentina clearly lacks is a playmaker...Messi was successfull in Barca because the playmaking job is handled by Xavi and other!!!Messi is one of the final elements in the play....In Argentinian Team Messi is asked to do the play making also which he's clearly not able to do...That's why we see lots of running and attacking by the team for about 60 minutes and the team gets exausted by then...after 60 minutes Messi dissappears from the scene.....
I think MarAdonna should call Riqulme..He's slow ,the team may play slower when he's around.But he will create something...Now what argentina does is just running around..There's no final touch ..

Lots of talented players will not make a great team!!!!
Team needs balance in attack and defence...and another thing is team chemistry !!!That takes time...
For Brazil When Dunga took over the initial year was a dissaster..He tried so many different combinations and players ..It took almost 3.5 years for him to build a solid team...what they were lacking was a holding midfeilder to suppliment Gilberto silva..Ever since Fileppo Melo joined the team the defence and the midfeild looked solid..and the counter attacking style became very productive..
Maradona didn't get that much time...May be he just needs time ..His problem is in the defence and in play making!!!
