But he has been really exposed . The aura is gone. He is a great coach ,but not a super human or a special one as projected by him . He is a fantastic coach just like Alex Fergusson,Otmar Heitzfield, Carlo Ancellotti,Fabio Capello,Arsene Wenger, Pep Guardiola. Any of these coaches,if they play 6 times against Barcelona will win 1 match.
Now he is ahead in the League and most probably might win Laliga. But he was fortunate that Barca dropped points against mid table teams. Now Mourinho's second year will be hyped up. I really feel , keeping your team consistently at the top is a much more difficult job than taking a team to top for one year and then run away.

Isnt there any rift within the team? there are reports in the media that Mourinho may look to leave Madrid by June 30, 2012.

of course there is. but they are all professional players and will make up for their intra-team differences with their time on the pitch.

btw, jose wouldn't need to leave. if he doesn't win CL or La Liga, he will be axed.

they won't be happy without CL. Di Stefano already warned Jose that even better managers who were more successful at Real than him were axed. This is Jose's toughest task by far. With Inter, he was winning titles without much competition. Now lets see
