For an important game of this much magnitude , we are fielding players who are in their mid 30’s ( Giggs , Scholes & G Neville ). Although Giggs have been playing well nowadays he has been invisible in the first half against Chelsea… Scholes hadn’t learned to tackle until now..If Tevez/ CR7 was still there we might have won the title by now..but what to do SAF made a mistake by allowing Tevez to go.

Wow what a period…scoring goals for fun…the most important thing is that all these core players came from the Youth system….Beckam , Scholes , Neville brothers , Nicky Butt etc…the two major purchases were Roy Keane for 3.75 million & Eric Cantona for 1.2 million …that team was so successful in all areas. Now that scenario has completely changed especially with the arrival of Roman Abramovic at Chelsea..they were buying established players…all multi-million pound deals...
The problem with AC.Milan, Manchester United and Chelsea is there's no young generation to replace the veterans...
AC.Milan who were the champions of 2007 are the best example..They have not done anything to replace ageing players or there was no plan in place...
Now that they are in financialy screwed up position it's extremely difficult to do a clean up ..
Chelsea whether they will win the EPL or not heading to the same direction..They will face the same crisis Milan is facing now..
MU is also facing the same albeit lesser extent because Fergussan atleast have handfull of youg talents..

That's where People's Club Barca triumphs..They have very good youth academy and their starting line up has majority of their own Youth products.Same case with south american clubs especialy from Brazil and Argentina they have a very good Youth programme..which produces world class players..It's a pity that clubs looses players when they are 17-18 to rich Europeans. Some fails some prospers in the alien land..

I think with new found Oil money Brazilian clubs are somehow holding on to their star players....Herananes of Sao Polo , Paulo Henrique and Nilmar of Santos are examples.

In England Middlesbrough , Manchester City & Everton have a better youth system than any other Clubs. Arsenal is also under UEFA radar for poaching players at a very young age , they are not their products , but players are prospered from there. Cesc Fabregas was brought from Barcelona at the age of 16 , Theo Walcott was bought from Southampton academy at the age of 17 , Aaron Ramsey was bought from Cardiff at the age of 18 , Denilson from Sao Polo etc etc...Among the Top flight teams only Everton can boast about their youth system. Jack Rodwell , Dan Gosling , Wayne Rooney etc to name a few.

Out of these only Walcott plays for Engalnd...

Look at Barca ....No team in the World can boast that kind of a Youth system...thats why they are here...players will get easily gelled...Xavi , Iniesta , Pique , Pedro , Busquets , Messi ( Who came at Barca at the age of 11 ) etc etc..Other Messi all Spanish players...and Xavi/Iniesta paring is the fulcrum of Spanish National Team and even Fabregas is used as a substitute.

ippol Xavi pinne within a couple of years it's gonna be a player called Thiago who's the sun of former Brazilian world cup winner in 94 Mazinho...
Thiago is currently between a tug of war between Brazil and Spain in the international scene....One of the country is planning to Cap tie him...
Xaviyum Thiagoyum oru parithi vare Messiyum Home grown alle? Barcayude vision te falam ippol aanu kandu thudangiyathu....They may not need another Rivaldo or Romario to come from Brazil....They can be found in their own turf...

Brazilian players move to Spain/Italy in search of better facilities than in home land . AC MILAN is having the best Gymnasium , training facilities available in Europe. Almost all players are coming from poor financial backgounds , once they get millions in Salaries , they are interested in some other activities than Football. Ronadinho and Adriano are prime examples ..Kaka is an exception as he is coming from a better financially stable family. Ronaldinho is just 30 now , if he was an Europen player he might have been playing at the highest level. Barce terminated him because ...he was not coming for training in time....early moring vare KOOTHATTAM aayirunnu....enjoying...he himself have to blame for this. Man Utd , Chelsea etc all are buying established players now...normally Latin players doesn't fit to Premiership...so many examples are there ..Veron , Kleberson etc to name a few...but still some are moving there..there are some exceptions too. Argentine players prefer Spain , because of language and climate.
