ആദ്യം കർണനാക്കാൻ തീരുമാനിച്ചത് മോഹൻലാലിനെ

ഈ തിരക്കഥ വായിക്കുന്ന ആദ്യ നടൻ മോഹൻലാൽ ആണ്. കർണനാകാൻ ആദ്യം പരിഗണിച്ചതും മോഹൻലാലിനെ തന്നെ. തിരക്കഥ വായിച്ച മോഹൻലാൽ ഈ ചിത്രം സിനിമയാക്കാമെന്ന് പറയുകയും ചെയ്തു.

പിന്നീട് മമ്മൂട്ടിയും ഈ തിരക്കഥയെക്കുറിച്ച് കേൾക്കാൻ ഇടയായി. അങ്ങനെ അദ്ദേഹം ഈ തിരക്കഥ എന്റെ മുന്നിലിരുന്ന് വായിച്ചു. വായിച്ച് തീർന്ന ഉടൻ ഈ സിനിമ ഞാൻ ചെയ്യുമെന്നു പറഞ്ഞ് എന്നെ ആലിംഗനം ചെയ്തു. അപാര തിരക്കഥയാണിതെന്നും ഇത് നമ്മൾ ചെയ്യുന്നുവെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു.

അതിന്ശേഷം മോഹൻലാലിനോട് ഇക്കാര്യം സംസാരിച്ചു. അദ്ദേഹം വളരെ സന്തോഷത്തോടെ ഈ സിനിമ മമ്മൂക്ക ചെയ്താൽ നന്നായിരിക്കുമെന്ന് ഇങ്ങോട്ട് പറയുകയായിരുന്നു.

Depends on the subject. Randamoozham pole, emotions aanu theme enkil definitely Mammooty will have an edge. War based aanel, hands down Prithviraj.

Pinne to be honest, I don't think either Vimal or Madhupal would do justice to the movie , but let's hope for the best.
Karnan is one of the most unsung heroes in the history, let us sit back and enjoy both the movies rather than fighting for such petty egoistic things. :)

MT is fine, Hariharan I doubt. the only advantage with Hariharan is that he has the experience of making period movies. I would vouch for Amal Neerad/Lijo to take such a movie.
