Abcd was a very good movie of it's genre...
Getting to the point without being preachy and no redemption act in the end...
Well directed Nd IMO, dulquer was it his natural best in that movie .. for me it is his best role to date..haven't watched all his movies though..
Cannot be termed average ..that's cruel...

He was good in Charlie . But for some reason I felt the movie as a whole was a little bit fake.. felt a lack of honesty ..

2013 ABCD: Average / 5 Sundarikal – Good ( DQ Episode) / Neelakasham Pachakadal Chuvanna Bhoomi - Average / Pattam Pole - Crap

2014 Salalah Mobiles – Crap / Vai Moodi Pesavum – Crap / Bangalore Days – All time favourite / Vikramadithyan – Average / Njaan – Below Average

2015 100 Days of Love – Below Average / O K Kanmani – Average / Charlie - Average

2016 Kali – Below Average / Kammatipaadam – Good

2017 Jomonte Suvisheshangal – Average / CIA – Average / Parava – Average / Solo - Crap

Main highlights:
1. Ustad Hotel... combo w Anwar and Anjali ... oru national award winning film
2. ABCD a gud one for a comedy genre
3. Bangalore days... Anjali' s directorial and an interesting character
4. Vikramadithyan .... attempt at a lower middle class/nadan character
5. O K Kanmani .... main exposure to many non -Malayalis ... proves he's good in the romantic genre
6. Charlie ... a fantasy character but a good attempt in something different... first State award.
7. Kammatipadam.... good collaboration w Rajeev Ravi.... a quality product

To me Charlie was a Thattikootu padam which made it into the big league due to Dulqars star power. Not deserving at all.
