if it is not successful, then how it is in its 6th generation now?...moto g6 is releasing next month...i think sales are pretty good.
as for me, i am pretty happy with moto g....great value at low price....less than half the price of an iphone.
actually it is my second moto g now...i had the first generation...used it for two years..then it fell down and antenna broke....my next phone was also moto g (4th gen) as i was impressed with the first.....but should be careful not to drop it

It doesnt matter coz even if the products are not doing well companies will still release newer models to be in the competition..brands like HTC , Sony , nd Lg have poor sales but still every year they release a new successor to their previous failed products..it's just business..

As I Said Earlier They Used To Offer Great Value For Money Devices When They Were Under Google..Now The Scenario Is Entirely Different After Acquisition By Lenovo.. And Now With Brands Like Xiaomi , Honor And Oppo Entering India Their Value For Money Phones Have Been Undercut Coz These Brands Provide Better Value For Money At A Cheaper Price compared to Moto..Someone who follows the mobile industry can clearly understand the scenario...

Well happy to hear that since many Moto users are fed up with their devices..and its quite visible if you go through Moto forums or tweets or comments in moto's fb / Twitter pages..

dat depends from person to person..personally i trust these brands..i would say that the penetration of these brands in markets like india has been helpful for end consumers..currently xiaomi is the number one brand in india..and for the second consecutive year they have beaten samsung..which was not the case until few years back.. and if u take top 5 market shares in india all the above mentioned chinese brands are in the list...in india people prefer better specifications for lower prices and all these companies do that...now coming to USA market..there its not easy for chinese brands to pentarte and have huge success cause most of the people go for high end phones mainly pixels, iphones or smsung galaxy note and s series..moto has a strong hold there..and now many chinese brands like huawei and zte are banned from selling their phones in usa...xiaomi is expanding slowly now..and within some years it can penetrate the us market..oppo is the parent company of oneplus so in usa they sell oneplus devices which have huge demand..huawei was already there in us market but now it has some problems selling their phones there due to security reasons..so we cannot say that us market has not been penetrated but yes the processs is not as speedy as in countries like india..

At Present for the price of 15k the best phone i would recommmend will be Redmi Note 5 Pro , Followed By Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 & Oppo Real Me 1..But every day new phones are releasing so the list may change but presently these are the best picks..

2019 iPhone Will Get Triple-Lens Camera With 3D Sensing and Enhanced Zoom, Says Analyst

Apple is expected to introduce a triple-lens camera setup in its next iPhone if a recent report is to be believed. While the iPhone X brought the trend of sporting a notch design and offering facial unlock, Apple fans will expect a few hardware upgrades in 2019.

The Cupertino giant is already in rumours for building a new iPhone model for 2019 with not just a dual rear camera setup but a triple-lens rear camera setup. According to a new report, the triple camera setup will come with a 3D depth sensing and enhanced zoom.

As per Taiwanese site Economic Daily News, citing a research note from Deutsche Securities analyst Jialin Lu, Apple will launch at least one new iPhone model that with a triple-lens rear camera in 2019. The prediction matches something we heard only earlier this month about the 2019 iPhone when a report had claimed that at least one of the new iPhone models with a triple-lens rear camera setup will debut in the second half of next year. The latest development, if true, will make the new iPhone model follow the Huawei P20 Pro that had already introduced a triple rear camera setup. The Huawei P20 Pro camera comes with a 40-megapixel lens, a 20-megapixel monochrome lens, and an eight-megapixel telephoto lens with up to 3x optical zoom.

According to Lu, the new triple-lens camera setup in the upcoming iPhone will serve the company's efforts in advanced 3D sensing via stereo vision, as two of the sensors will be able to capture images of an object from different angles. Also, a triangulation method would be used to get the distance between the iPhone and the object. Additionally, similar to the TrueDepth system on the front of the iPhone X, the report says that the rear 3D sensing will be used for AR.

The analyst also says that the third lens would possibly have a longer focal length for enhanced zoom function. As the iPhone 8 lineup and iPhone X feature 2x optical zoom, the long-focus lens may enable 3x optical zoom in the new iPhone.

Vivo X21 Smartphone with In-display Fingerprint Sensor Launched in India for Rs 35,990

As announced earlier, Vivo has officially launched the Vivo X21 smartphone today in India. The company has already accepted the pre-bookings for this device. The Vivo X21 will be costing Rs 35,990 in India and will be sold online via Flipkart. It comes with the same specifications as seen on the Chinese variant. It is the first smartphone in India to come with an in-display fingerprint sensor.

While its exciting new technology, the device is slow to recognize when compared to conventional capacitive sensors. The device comes with an Aluminum frame and curved back glass. It sports a 6.28-inch AMOLED display with Full HD+ (2280 x 1080 pixels) resolution and 19:9 aspect ratio. With the notch display, the device will come with 90.3% screen-to-body.

Under the hood is the 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 AIE Mobile Platform coupled with Kryo 260 CPU and Adreno 512 GPU. Compared to the regular Snapdragon 660 processor seen on the Nokia 7 Plus, the Snapdragon 660 AIE is mentioned to offer enhanced AI features. It offers 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage that can be further expandable using the MicroSD card slot.

Along with in-display fingerprint sensor, the Vivo X21 also comes with software-based face unlock which is mentioned to be not so accurate. In terms of optics, the Vivo X21 sports dual rear cameras featuring 12MP sensor with f/1.8 aperture and a 5MP sensor with f/2.4 aperture. For selfies, the device comes equipped with a single 12MP front camera with f/2.0 aperture.

It is backed by a 3,200mAh non-removable battery that also supports 9V/2A (18W) fast charging technology. The device supports dual SIM dual standby using the hybrid SIM card slot. Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, 3.5mm audio jack, and a MicroUSB 2.0 port. The device runs on latest Android 8.1 Oreo-based Funouch 4.0 OS out of the box.

The Lenovo Z5 sounds unbelievable and it’s launching June 5

Lenovo will launch the Lenovo Z5 (or perhaps Lenovo ZUK Z5) on June 5 in Beijing, according to Lenovo Group VP Chang Cheng. Cheng made the announcement on Weibo earlier today (via Playful Droid) while publishing an official poster for the event.

Cheng has teased the handset, the latest in Lenovo’s ZUK series, a number of times in recent weeks, dropping some weighty hints about what it will offer.

Cheng has said the Z5 will show off four technological breakthroughs, based on 18 patented technologies, including a potential 95 percent screen-to-body ratio.
Cheng has revealed aspects of the design in renders and the sketch below and, if the representations are accurate, this would beat out all other Android flagships in this particular area (maybe with the exception of the upcoming Vivo Apex).

That Lenovo could outdo giants like Xiaomi, Samsung, and Huawei with a “truly” full-screen device is already unlikely — the company isn’t exactly known for display tech innovations. But other comments by Cheng have only made the Z5 sound even more outrageous.

Cheng has hinted that the phone could have as much as 4TB of internal storage space, and up to 45-day standby times (potentially three of the aforementioned four breakthroughs).
If the Z5 delivered all of this, it would represent one of the biggest technological leaps we’ve ever seen in the smartphone sphere. I mean, manufacturers are trying desperately to deliver 45-hours of standby time, never mind 45 days.
All of these ideas are based on scraps from Chinese social media so it’s difficult to parse what’s a likelihood from simple misunderstanding. I’ll tell you one thing for sure, though: I’m glad I’ve only got a week to find out what the Lenovo Z5 is really all about.
