but I am not aware of any passwords in my mobile. Where is it?

In the Android Wifi Hotspot menu on your phone, there will be one field called password.. When you connect your PC/laptop to Android hotspot, Enter that password.. You can then start browsing..

Actually, it worked now without giving any password.

The problem previously was that I used my BSNL Landline Wi-Fi in my Android Phone and then tried to capture that Wi-Fi through my laptop. :p

Now I enabled data (2G/3G) in my phone and enabled Wi-Fi hotspot. My Android phone was detected by my laptop's WiFi and I captured it easily. You can manually give passwords , though.
