Indians Worth reading this message :
Rana Dagubatti's Character in Arrambam was inspired from
Hemanth Karkare who died in 26/11 attack; he was shot in
the chest thrice, though he had bullet proof vest, the bullet
penetrated his bullet proof vest. Hemant Karkare, Ashok
Kamte, Salaskar are the three people who died due to the
scandal in bullet proof vest. Ajith's character is said to be
inspired from Arun Jadhav who was the close friend of
Hemant Karkare. Arrambam film has brought the incident out
that wasn't aware to all of us. ITS NOT JUST AN
ENTERTAINER! ITS A MOVIE WITH A SOCIAL
    MESSAGE....!!!!
