    yes.. but phones launching in india will be with that bands..Only iPhone5 series has all LTE bands. Indian LTE bands were not finalised when those international LTE phones launched in india , so they skipped LTE in them, they can enable it though with next android update, but unlikely as they will look for more sales thru 4G enabled phone rather than loosing customers via update
