Sakhavu Movie Review
The Nivin Pauly starrer film Sakhavu has finally hit the theatres today. The film is written and directed by Sidiharth Siva. There are three female lead in the film Gayathri suresh, Aishwarya Rajesh and Aparna Gopinath. Actor Sreenivasan also plays an important role in the film. Sakhavu is produced by B Rakesh under the banner of Universal Cinema. The trailer of the film managed to create some hype for the movie.
Nivin Pauly plays a double role in the film. One role is of Krishnakumar a normal guy who is the follower of the political party an irresponsible and cunning guy who takes bribe..etc and does all crooked things. The film takes a serious turn when Nivin Meets Comrade Krishnan. Krihsnan is an perfect example of how a comrade must be and what happens next after Krishnakumar meets Comrade Krishnan forms the crux of the story.
The film can be called as a complete entertainer, a perfect mix of mass and class. The film has adequate amount of humour also and Nivin was perfect in executing humorous scenes. Nivin Pauly is spotted in the film in more getups than seen in the trailer. Sakhav flows with a smooth pace and never felt any lag even the climax of the film was also good.
The cinematography has been nicely done by George C Williams, he managed to create a good feel for the movie by his visuals. The songs and the background score of the film were also good. The music for the film was tuned by Prashant Pillai. The film crafted by Sidharth Siva impressed everyone as the director succeded in getting great output all the departments of the film including acting, music and cinematography.
FINAL VERDICT: A Clean Entertainer, A perfect Watch for the Summer Holidays.
