I really didn't expect us to be landing big trophies this season.. season target was like a top three finish with close to 80 points and respectable perfo in ucl..the second one is gone... first one

Anyways things are better than lvg or moyes seasons! Sacking managers frequently won't do any good..i feel this squad needs some more additions to compete at top level with flair...should we add to the squad in summer window with Jose at helm or with someone else would depend a lot on how united finish the campaign & the mood around the club!!

It was such a shame that jose himself triggered a lot of fans including me by teasing the club with his comments last day!! Hopefully this would be the last time he speaks something stupid like that as our manager!

It's evident that we need 4 to 5 more signings to compete with the likes of real, barca, city, bayern etc. We are playing wingers as fullbacks, 10s and 9s as wingers. Don't know why Jose is compromising on that. We do have the fund to sign the players. It's up to the manager to decide whether to go for it or not.
All are mocking city for their spending in the summer. Even Chelsea spent more than 200 million this season. Look at where they are now in the table. It's all about having a game plan and signing quality players to stick to the plan and executing it marvelously. Pep have already proved that. Now it's with Jose to decide whether to go for it or not... Katta waiting for next season...

It was almost expected that jose would take atleast two to three seasons to make the team strong given the quality of the team he inherited!! Manutd board is only willing to spend around 125m net each season going by the evidence from the post fergie seasons(moyes -60m/lvg 100m+30m/Mourinho 100m+130m) So there is a limit on the areas we could strengthen each season if we look for quality rather than quantity like in LVG era!

If we are allowed a similar net spend in coming summer, I think it could be better to cash in on someone like Pogba to strengthen other areas given that his form has dropped tremendously since the Everton game in December! He would be subject to huge scrutiny between now and end of season before making a decision! A summer move for De Gea can't be ruled out too! I feel really sorry for him!

A right winger/forward like Bale/Willian/Greizmann etc (50-100m outlay expected)
A no.8 like Fred/Savic/Saul ( & recall Pereira from Valencia and either cash in him or play him)
A no.6 like Jorginho (around 100m-150m for #8 & #6 combined )
A CB like alderweireld (could look for cheap but quality options ; 20-30m outlay)
A right back (if available for decent price ,else stick with fosu mensah)
