    New Delhi was released on 24th July 1987. It took Malayalam cinema by storm. Athinte shakthiyil adutha aazhcha iranghiya Thoovanathumbikal olichu poyi.
    Thaniyavarthanam August 14 nu release cheythu. New Delhi thakarthodumpol thanne. Thaniyavarthanam attracted the class movie lovers but they failed to market it well among the masses. Pinne mahaameru pole New Delhi odikkondirikkunnu. Thus it ended up as a hit only.
