Should bring be all citizen back to India..should be in a controlled manner ...home quaratine may not be ideal...number of people coming should be controllable ..that what a mean..but people dying in 30 s or 40 s cannot be prevented fully...but better early care in Kerala ..mostly due to low number of case

How Canada is able to contain the spread in comparison to US, strict lock-down there?

Lock down is not strict ..it same,..but Canada is lucky to not have a international travel destination like New York,,.
compared to New York or New Jersey Canada is good ..but compared to rest of usa t is same or even worse .
as of now Canada have 45000 cases and 2500 death...compared to population,,that is equavelent to have USA have 4.5 lack case and 25000 death....so if you exclude New York ,New Jersey ,Massachusetts’s Canada is not doing well ..it same with rest with of USA...
