No body who have a clear idea about what other coutries and states doing about covid won't say kerala is a model for anybody....kerala take initial action.it helped ..then govt go with big pr work ..kerala don't have a big city it helped ..but now all are getting flat...3 things now we can do about covid is testing quaratine and contact tracing ...in testing kerala at bottom of India...for quaratine it is 100 % home quaratine which will initiate community spread...even least resourful northern and eaten states in india are doing far more institutional free quaratine to limit spread ..finally contract tracing don't work when numers go up and not testing enough people..

സംസ്ഥാനത്ത് 49 പേര്*ക്കാണ് ഇന്ന് കോവിഡ്-19 സ്ഥിരീകരിച്ചത്. കാസര്*ഗോഡ് ജില്ലയില്* നിന്നുള്ള 14 പേര്*ക്കും കണ്ണൂര്* ജില്ലയില്* നിന്നുള്ള 10 പേര്*ക്കും, തിരുവനന്തപുരം, പാലക്കാട് ജില്ലകളില്* നിന്നുള്ള 5 പേര്*ക്ക് വീതവും കോഴിക്കോട് ജില്ലയില്* നിന്നുള്ള 4 പേര്*ക്കും പത്തനംതിട്ട, ആലപ്പുഴ ജില്ലകളില്* നിന്നുള്ള 3 പേര്*ക്ക് വീതവും കൊല്ലം, കോട്ടയം ജില്ലകളില്* നിന്നുള്ള 2 പേര്*ക്ക് വീതവും ഇടുക്കി ജില്ലയില്* നിന്നുള്ള ഒരാള്*ക്കുമാണ് രോഗം സ്ഥിരീകരിച്ചത്. വിദേശത്ത് നിന്നും 18 പേരും (യു.എ.ഇ.-13, ഒമാന്*-2, സൗദി അറേബ്യ-1, മാലി ദ്വീപ്-1, കുവൈറ്റ്-1) 25 പേര്* സംസ്ഥാനത്തിന് പുറത്ത് നിന്നും (മഹാരാഷ്ട്ര-17, തമിഴ്*നാട്-4, ഡല്*ഹി-2, കര്*ണാടക-2) വന്നതാണ്. 6 പേര്*ക്ക് സമ്പര്*ക്കത്തിലൂടെയാണ് രോഗം ബാധിച്ചത്. ഇതില്* കണ്ണൂര്* ജില്ലയിലെ രണ്ട് പേര്* റിമാണ്ട് തടവുകാരാണ്. തിരുവനന്തപുരത്തെ ഒരാള്* ആരോഗ്യ പ്രവര്*ത്തകനാണ്.


അതേസമയം രോഗം സ്ഥിരികരിച്ച് ചികിത്സയിലായിരുന്ന 12 പേരുടെ പരിശോധനാഫലം നെഗറ്റീവ് ആയിട്ടുണ്ട്. കാസര്*ഗോഡ് ജില്ലയില്* നിന്നുള്ള 6 പേരുടെയും കൊല്ലം ജില്ലയില്* നിന്നുള്ള 2 പേരുടെയും എറണാകുളം, ഇടുക്കി, മലപ്പുറം, വയനാട് ജില്ലകളില്* നിന്നുള്ള ഒരാളുടെ വീതവും പരിശോധനാഫലമാണ് നെഗറ്റീവ് ആയത്. ഇതോടെ 359 പേരാണ് രോഗം സ്ഥിരീകരിച്ച് ചികിത്സയിലുള്ളത്. 532 പേര്* ഇതുവരെ കോവിഡില്* നിന്നും മുക്തി നേടി.


എയര്*പോര്*ട്ട് വഴി 8390 പേരും സീപോര്*ട്ട് വഴി 1621 പേരും ചെക്ക് പോസ്റ്റ് വഴി 82,678 പേരും റെയില്*വേ വഴി 4558 പേരും ഉള്*പ്പെടെ സംസ്ഥാനത്ത് ആകെ 97,247 പേരാണ് എത്തിയത്.


സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ വിവിധ ജില്ലകളിലായി 99,278 പേര്* നിരീക്ഷണത്തിലാണ്. ഇവരില്* 98,486 പേര്* വീട്/ഇന്*സ്റ്റിറ്റിയൂഷണല്* ക്വാറന്റൈനിലും 792 പേര്* ആശുപത്രികളിലും നിരീക്ഷണത്തിലാണ്. 152 പേരെയാണ് ഇന്ന് ആശുപത്രിയില്* പ്രവേശിപ്പിച്ചത്.


കഴിഞ്ഞ 24 മണിക്കൂറിനുള്ളില്* 1861 സാമ്പിളുകളാണ് പരിശോധിച്ചത്. ഇതുവരെ 54,899 വ്യക്തികളുടെ (ഓഗ്*മെന്റഡ് സാമ്പിള്* ഉള്*പ്പെടെ) സാമ്പിള്* പരിശോധനയ്ക്ക് അയച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഇതില്* ലഭ്യമായ 53,704 സാമ്പിളുകളുടെ പരിശോധനാഫലം നെഗറ്റിവ് ആണ്. സെന്റിനല്* സര്*വൈലന്*സിന്റെ ഭാഗമായി ആരോഗ്യ പ്രവര്*ത്തകര്*, അതിഥി തൊഴിലാളികള്*, സാമൂഹിക സമ്പര്*ക്കം കൂടുതലുള്ള വ്യക്തികള്* മുതലായ മുന്*ഗണനാ ഗ്രൂപ്പുകളില്* നിന്ന് 8110 സാമ്പിളുകള്* ശേഖരിച്ചതില്* 7994 സാമ്പിളുകള്* നെഗറ്റീവ് ആയി.


ഇന്ന് 4 പ്രദേശങ്ങളെ കൂടി ഹോട്ട് സ്*പോട്ടുകളാക്കി. കണ്ണൂര്* ജില്ലയിലെ പിണറായി, പാലക്കാട് ജില്ലയിലെ പുതുശ്ശേരി, മലമ്പുഴ, ചാലിശ്ശേരി എന്നിവയാണ് പുതിയ ഹോട്ട് സ്*പോട്ടുകള്*. നിലവില്* ആകെ 59 ഹോട്ട് സ്*പോട്ടുകളാണ് ഉള്ളത്.

1 month back also the positive percent was around 2-3% out of total test if it was a vast spread over 10% would have shown positive at that time itself.

now clusters are forming in cities like TVM which is the stage of community trasmsission.

I was answering for your comment long time back.
From unknown source it started few days back.
As per definition by IMI once cluster formation started of positive cases it is the symptom of community spread.
That’s the reason I said in Kerala community spread will start in few days. As now cluster already formed in TVM.

And on comment on testing people without travel history. You have mentioned kerala still not testing that’s not correct.

I haven’t done any blind argument. It was always comment from you from the begining of covid in kerala.


and again the pattern of disease is like that jump will happen rapid once start spreading. So soon cases will be increases. That’s afact.
For how many folds we have to wait and see.
