ലളിതം സുന്ദരം...ഒരു കഥയും ഇല്ല...സാമൂഹിക പ്രാധാന്യമര്ഹിക്കുന്ന പ്രമേയം മാത്രം...അമാനുഷികമായ ഹീറോയിസമോ വന് ടിസ്റ്റുകളുള്ള crime inveatigation story യോ ഒന്നുമല്ല ....നമുക്ക് ചുറ്റും സര്വ്വ സാധാരണമായ് ഉണ്ടാകുകയും ഒരു പക്ഷേ നിയമപുസ്തത്തിലെഏറ്റവും ലളിതമെന്ന് കരുതുകയും ചെയ്യുന്ന സാധാരണക്കാരുടെ കുറച്ച് പരാതികളും അവയെ സത്യസന്ധമായി ഔചിത്യപരമായി പരിഹരിക്കുന്ന സാധാരണക്കാരനായ ബിജു പൗലോസ് എന്ന പോലീസ് ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥന്െറ ലെെഫും ആണ് കഥ.പക്ഷേ കെെക്കൂലി വാങ്ങിയും രാഷ്ട്രീയക്കാര്ക്കും പണക്കാര്ക്കും കൂട്ട് നിന്ന് മനുഷ്യത്ത രഹിതമായ നിയമകൂട്ടികൊടുപ്പ് നടത്തുകയും ചെയ്യുന്ന നിയമപാലകര്ക്കിടയില് സത്യസന്ധമായി ജനങ്ങളുടെ പ്രശ്നങ്ങള്ക്ക് പരിഹാരം കണ്ടെത്തുന്ന ഒാരോ സാദാ പോലീസുകാരനും ACTION HERO ആണെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞ എബ്രിട് ഷെെന് എന്ന സംവിധായകന്െറ സംവിധാനമികവാണ് ഈ ചിത്രം.പടത്തില് കെെ അടിക്കാവുന്നലഘുവായ mass രംഗങ്ങളുണ്ട്...ചിരിപ്പിക്കുന്നലളിതമായ നര്മ മുഹൂര്ത്തങ്ങളുണ്ട്...മനസ്സിനെ സ്പര്ശിക്കുന്നsentimentsഉം ഉണ്ട്..നിവിന് പോളി കഥാപാത്രത്തോട് നീതി പുലര്ത്തി..കാരണം തന്േറതായ അഭിനയശെെലില് അവതരിപ്പിക്കാവുന്നനായകഥാപാത്രമായിരുന്നു ബിജു..ഒരു sceneല് മാത്രമെ ഒള്ളു എങ്കിലുംസുരാജ് കെെയ്യടി അര്ഹിക്കുന്നു..ചുരുക്കത്തില് അമിതമായ പ്രതീക്ഷകളുടെ ഭാരമില്ലാതെ ലളിതമായ സിനിമ ആസ്വദിക്കാന് താല്പര്യമുള്ളവര്ക്ക് പടം കാണാം..its a tribute to all good police men..and one who wish to bcm a real policeman..

Action Hero Biju is realism at its peak. There are so many real, in-depth caricatures of life in the film. All credits to the director for preferring natural human beings over artists. An excellent screenplay does the trick for the film with ample support of Bgm by Rajesh Murugesan. The likes of Suraj Venjaramood got to prove his mettle and flexibility. Anu Emmannuel looked gorgeous on her come back. Now to talk about the hero, SI Biju Paulose is a feather on the cap for Nivin Pauly. Slowly, but steadily he is reserving a seat for himself in the industry for another decade or more.


Don't go for this film expecting a revenge story or fireworks. Go for this to know about the life of a Kerala Police.
